My Dviga Vertov response

From watching Man with a Movie Camera several times, two things became apparent to me:one that it was a seemingly unrelated series of pieces of footage and two,and more importantly, that Vertov was a true Marxist and believer in the proleteriate state.
He was very keen on showing the worker in his workplace and believed in the Soviet Union ideals.I wanted to reflect this in my own work and chose to produce an animation sequence that included atypical communist imagery accompanied by a strong Soviet audio track.
I researched soviet posters of the time and tried to incorporate their style, changing static imagery into a free-flowing piece of animation.
